Raya TuffahaRaya (she/her) is a Palestinian actor, fight director and writer from Seattle. She is an Advanced Actor Combatant with the SAFD, and is currently developing ethnographic research on audience-performer power dynamics in staged violence. Her fights have been seen at Union Arts Center (the aves, A Midsummer Night's Dream), Renton Civic Theatre (Dracula), Latitude Theatre (Miss Holmes), Theatre33 (The Marriage of Figaro), Rainy Day Artistic Collective (The Pillowman), Ballyhoo Theatre (Pippin, Carrie the Musical), and more. Raya's also training as an intimacy coordinator. She's interested in muscular stories.
